About Carol Grisanti

A native Louisvillian, Carol attended the Art Center at the University of Louisville and is the owner and creative force behind Carol Grisanti / Weddings and Classic Veils by Carol. She has been working with brides as a designer for more than thirty years and as a bridal consultant/event planner for nearly two decades. Carol annually attends national and international conferences, seminars and trade shows keeping abreast of the latest trends and networking with other event professionals. She exhibits in local bridal shows and has organized panel discussions at the shows to hear first hand what brides envision for their special day, what qualities they look for in vendors and how vendors can best meet their expectations. Having planned a wide variety of events, Carol has developed invaluable working relationships with some of the regions leading vendors.

As a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, she is association of bridal consultants dedicated to making every wedding planning experience enjoyable and stress free. Carol’s passion, energy and enthusiasm for her work are evident by the satisfaction of her clients and the respect of her peers. Clients appreciate her organized, professional style and attention to details.

Carol is a founding member of Louisville Wedding Essentials, a local networking group of business professionals that specialize in weddings and events. She has served on the Board of Directors as Membership Director since its inception. She also serves on the committee overseeing the production of YWE’s annual bridal show.

A special interest to Carol is producing the annual bridal show for Whitehall House and Gardens. Taking advantage of this beautiful historic home and its gardens, the spring event features exhibits inside the house and tented gardens.

Carol has appeared on Fox 41 previewing bridal fashions, been interviewed for articles by the Courier Journal, Business First, Today’s Woman, Velocity, and The Voice Tribune, is a contributing writer for The Voice Tribune, The Louisville Wedding Planner Magazine, and MyKentuckyWedding.com. She also has had her custom headwear featured on the covers of, and inside the issues of, Louisville Bride and the Louisville Wedding Planner magazines.
